Goosebumps is a series of children’s horror fiction novels written by American author R.L. Stine. The books are spooky tales that place kids in fictional situations with a humorous twist.
Sixty-two books were created for this series from 1992 to 1997 making it one of the most successful children’s series ever. The books in this series have achieved worldwide success recently with 350 million book sales since its release in July 1992.
The books are published in 35 different languages and many of the books have been listed in the New York Times bestseller list for children.
